What is the AM.HILL Corrosion Guard?
The AM.HILL Corrosion Guard is a device that prevents corrosion in circulate water systems. 

The problem of corrosion in circulate water systems
For central heating systems based on the principal of circulate water, a large amount of dissolved oxygen enters during the preliminary fill process.
During the life of the system, additional oxygen seeps into water through valves, leaky valves, joints, and storage tanks, while a process of massive oxygen condensation occurs via the makeup water supply.
The high infiltration of oxygen contributes to the non-stop process of corrosion—damaging pipes, sun collectors, and boilers, and leading to high costs and disrepair.

How does the AM.HILL Corrosion Guard prevent corrosion?
The AM.HILL Corrosion Guard contains a zinc anode that serves as a “sacrificial” anode, forcing the oxygen in water to adhere to it instead of to the pipe.  This results in the production of zinc oxide, causing the AM.HILL Corrosion Guard anode to corrode—instead of the pipe incurring damage from oxygen.

* Before installing onto an old system, the system should be cleaned chemically without oxygen in order to increase the working efficiency of the AM.HILL Corrosion Guard.
