Managing director Shimon Redlich, Zichron Yaakov B.A. in economics and business management from Bar Ilan University. In 1990 he founded Tamhil after retiring from the army holding the rank of lieutenant colonel. From his early days in civilian life Shimon worked in the water purification sector and very quickly gained expertise in limescale prevention. Under his management of Tamhil, two of the world’s largest Am.Hill systems were installed at Kibbutz Shefayim and Kibbutz Beit Hashita. Israel now occupies first place in the world for expertise in this kind of water treatment system. Manager of service and customer relations Sigal Eliyaho-Revach, Rishon-Lezion A certified bookkeeper, Sigal joined Tamhil in 1992 and over the course of 12 years established the company’s secretarial department. She has been responsible for maintaining contacts among the various departments, with Tamhil’s customers and suppliers in Israel and around the world, and for issuing invoices and managing inventory. From her first day at Tamhil, Sigal has cultivated the good relationship with all of Tamhil’s business associates, so characteristic of the company. Ashira possesses vast experience in providing professional support to the private sector for Tamhil’s water purification systems. Ashira is involved in sales, and, under her direction, has taken care of over 10,000 satisfied customers in the field of controlling limescale damage in homes, apartments, and buildings.

Senior consultant Yitzhak Aharon , Netanya M.A. in systems analysis + cybernetics. Joined Tamhil in 1990. Yitzhak possesses vast experience in providing professional support for various Tamhil water purification systems. Yitzhak possesses expertise in sales to printing houses, factories, house committees, and industries—installing dozens of water purification systems over the years. Office manager Orat Blanch, Rosh-Ha’ayin B.Ed. in education from Beit Berl College. Orat joined Tamhil in 2004 and serves as the company’s secretary. She is responsible for contacts with suppliers and customers in Israel and abroad, between the company’s various departments, and for issuing invoices and managing inventory.
